With 2 feet of snow on the way to the DC area, many people won't be able to get the gym. No problem! Here's a complete workout (mobility, strength and conditioning) workout that you can do with virtually no equipment. (If you don't have sliders, you can use towels on hardwood or paper plates on carpet.)
