Metabolic Countdown (High Intensity Interval Training)

A fun, simple and super effective high intensity interval workout.  Do it with a partner and you'll take it to a new level. 

The countdown is from 8.  So, if you have a partner, the partner A does 8 reps, the B does 8 reps.  Then  A does 7, B does 7, and so on down to 1 rep.

Station 1: push ups

Station 2: KB swing

Station 3: plank w/ toe lift

Station 4: 2 point DB row

Station 5: Touch down squats 

Station 6: Burpee or squat thrust
